The Veterans Life Center Volunteer Program

Volunteers are very important to our operations and program here at the VLC. We need volunteers of many kinds:

• Group volunteers share work on special projects 
• Professional volunteers give of their time to share their special talents and skills
• Ongoing volunteers agree to provide service over a period of time
• Mentors are part of a very special program to work with an individual veteran to make a difference in his or her life. Mentorships may extend beyond the term of a veteran’s residency here at the VLC.
• And there are many other types of volunteer service, too.
